Something blue...

Good day

This was a quicky! The designer paper is from my stash and I wanted to give it a distress look, I used a cuttlebug anchor border emboss folder. The die is from Spellbinder with some glossy paper and the sentiment in Afrikaans - Enjoy your day - is from Desert Diva. I found some twine in my husband's garage for today. The image is from Digi Darla and  is part of their challenge this week.

Challenges I was guided by:
Digi Darla's #81 - Copy Cat
Southern Girls #78 - Monochrome
Craft your Passion #181 - No coloured images
Divas by Design - Monochrome
Come and Get it Challenge - Birthday Theme
Glitter 'n Sparkle #51 - Male cards
Bunny Zoe's Craft September - Something Blue
I (heart) Sketches #35 - Sketch

Thank you and have a fantastic day!
Olga

This is just lovely! Great die cut and anchor border - and I really like that twine - very nautical. I still haven't figured out how to get an image to print in a different colour like you did with the Digi Darla ship in blue - I love how this turned out!

Thank you for joining us for our "male cards" challenge at Glitter n Sparkle. Best wishes in the draw, and I hope to see more of your makes in the future.

Beautifully designed. The colours are gorgeous and I love all of the nautical elements. The anchor embossing is so striking as is the frame around the image. The knotted twine is such a great detail. Thank you for joining our No Coloured In Images challenge at Craft Your Passion. I've enjoyed my visit today.

Hello, Olga - Thank you for stopping by my blog to let me know how you coloured the digi. I just tried it and it worked great - you are awesome!

Thank you so much for helping this newbie - I've only been blogging since June - I have so much to learn - I always wondered how to do this. I hope you have a great weekend!
