Celebrate your wedding day

 Raise the Bar #125 Sketch
Play Date Cafe Colour Combo #163

Good Day

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL! WISHING YOU A LOT OF CREATIVITY TO KEEP SANE IN 2013! Welcome to my new followers too, I sure hope I can inspire you in this year.

I have survived a day with my boys at the shop. I think all mothers deserves a medal to go shopping with children. Unfortunately I did not had a choice of day, otherwise I certainly would have chosen a better day when they were at school. Luckily I could stock up on some goodies, which make me excited. I do have some requested projects to finish in this following few days.

It is in the middle of our wedding season, that starts from beginning September and last more or less till end of April, so a friend asked me to make a wedding card. Once again a bit out of my comfort zone, though I saw some beautiful inspirational projects, today, at the craft shop.
With my project I played with two digis. The popping champagne bottle is from Digistamp4Joy, which was a freebie the passing weekend. The bride and groom is a freebie from Beccies Place. My interpretation of champagne is a mat gold, since it a variable colour. My paper are from First Edition Hideaway, Toga and from my scrapbook stash. The sentiment was done with a Sissix diecut ant the pearl oval is a Spellbinder diecut. The ribbon, twine, pearls and flowers are from my stash. I used some Velcro on the bottom of the oval to keep the card closed since I made a small pocket at the bottom for a voucher. The sentiment in the card is a Irish blessing that I got from the internet.
My new stuff I usednew digi from Digistamp4Joy and the first time I used this digi from Beccy's Place, paperstack - Hideaway from First Edition, Sissix sentiment diecut, wedding card as start of new beginning
