It is kind of weird to think, but my boys are growing big now. The first one got an invitation to a girl friend's birthday party and it is not a family friend. This gave me an opportunity to make a girl card. I've used one of my latest editions from Bugaboo. One of the challenge also requested to make your own designer paper out of strips of paper. At first I had more a weaving effect in mind, but decided against it and used this indiana paper. It is two different papers of which I've cut some strips. In the corner I match the same dotted paper from Garden Party from Dovecrafts. On the cup cake I added some pearl paint to give the icing a nice glimmer.
Challenges I'm joining:
The Outlawz Wednesday Challenge #SC012313 - Sketch
The Outlawz Tuesday Challenge #CC0122 - Colour with twist of square
Catch the Bug Saturday 19 Jan - Bingo - Twine, Bugaboo image, pearl
Elke Kaarte Een feestje #151 - Use strips of paper to create your own designer paper
Digistamp4Joy #59 - Anything goes
Thank you and have a nice day!
