Seventy...and still going strong

Good day

This is one of those cards where you start of with a specific colour in mind and ended up totally different. I had turquoise in mind, but with the designer paper from First Edition's Spring Drop the pink just looked so much better. The digi is from Conie Fong and she celebrates her 1st year on Etsy shop and this is February's digi. My mom turns 70 next week and she loves flowers and plants, hope she'll love this.

I used the following challenges as inspiration.
Creative Knockouts #180 - Flower power
Tuesday Morning Sketches #389
The Paper Shelter #280 - For a special occasion
Crafting when we can #137 - Flowers
Conie Fong February Facebook contest

Hope you have a fantastic day!
Hugs from Africa!
Olga

Your card is lovely. I like that base with the ribbon weave. This card would be perfect for Mother's Day. Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
