You make me....

Good day

This is the first of two posts today. Lately I'm a bit on the edge with deadlines. We had a heat wave over our part of the country the last few days, that did not enhanced my creativity neither.

But nevertheless, this is Wendy Witch, from Digi my World, I've coloured with aquarelles and did some distressing with chalk in the background. I used my stars fiskar emboss template on the black, but did some wet embossing on some of the stars with silver and pearl emboss powder. I used the sketch of Midnight madness and added orange ribbon with a star brad from my stash, the border is also made with a fiskar border punch. All paper is from my stash.

I was guided by the following challenges, which I'm entering:

Digi my World #4 - Tricks or treats

Use it Tuesday #18 - Orange, Black, Purple

Incy Wincy Design #127 - Orange, Black, Purple

Make it Monday #60 - Anything goes

Scrappy Frog 16/10 - Something that flies

Sentimental Sundays #78 - Halloween with a sentiment

Thank you for your visit and have a nice day!

70's Flower Power

This is just to remind you on the block candy available at Digi my World. Pop over and see what is new.

My bow to celebrate October, the most beautiful month down south, but also known as breast cancer month, which is not only limited to women but men can also be vulnerable.

Hallo

Today's card is to celebrate the 70's. Though I was born in the 70's, I can't really remember a lot of it, except the odd colour schemes, flowers, platform shoes and the music - rock 'n roll and disco era, with a lot of bling.

With October on hands, our most beautiful month, where we all support breast cancer, so I added a pink bow on my card. I've used brads, which I coated with glitter to get the disco feeling.

Now, to my card. I used Groovy Heidi from Digi my World as main focus. The shoes and sentiment is from Marlene's blog - Disguised as a Grown-up. The paper is from Lime ricky paper pad, Basic grey and the brads are all from my stash. For the top border I used a fiskar border punch.

I was guided with the following blogs:

Make it Monday #58 - Anything goes

Digi my World #3 - Time warp

Thank you for your visit and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Clean and simple

Hallo

The fourth round of the Progressive challenge at Crafter's Digital Art Centre is here, with the "theme of halloween or mystical" with some exciting digitals. The above mandela is from Daisy Doodle. I don't celebrate halloween, though I'll try my hand on one of the other images for the fun of it, but this is my first project for this round. I've directly printed it on the cardstock and just added some red and gold, with gelpens.
I've added some gems, eyelets and a lace ribbon.
Challenges I'm entering:
Crafters Digital Art Centre, round 4 - cdacpc4, daisydoodles
Fetch-a-sketch #8 - Sketch
Craft your passion#78 - Anything goes with a ribbon
Crafty Cardmakers #53 - Anything goes
Make it Monday #57 - Anything goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
