I  am not that hot in monochromatic cards, but I just felt like one. This time it started as blue in my head but ended up green on paper. The digi is one from A Day For Daisies. The paper is from W&M and the black from my stash. The sentiment is a rubberstamp and says Happy Birthday.

The Otlawz Colour Challenge

Good Morning

Gus came riding in and I just had to put him to paper. This time in the colour combo of the Outlawz Tuesday colour combo and I was guided by Stella Says Sketch #121 and Shopping Your Stash made me use brads and bling. The designer paper is from All about Boys Stack from DCWV, I used a Fiskar border punch on the black and the glitter, confetti and silver brads are from my stash and a Spellbinder label 18 was used.

Sharing moments

Good Day

I manage to produce a card yesterday afternoon, through my chores. The digi is from Precious Moments. The designer paper is from First Edition, Daydream collection and I used two different diecuts, one from Spellbinders and the other from Simply 2 die 4. The flowers, ribbon and pearls is from my stash. Amazing sometimes how a sketch can attract you and you just have to use it. Well the 365 Cards's sketch day 221 did just this and as usual I had to join in the fun with the Outlawz Tuesday colour challenge, though I slide in on a banana skin and the other challenge that gave inspiration to this project is Tammy's Scrappin Corner's Friendship challenge and for fun I'm joining in at Craft your Passion's Hip to be Square.

This little piggy gives thanks

This post is a bit late but I've been in the wild for a week without any electricity and far away of any modern technology.
It is the next round at the Crafter's Digital Art Centre's progressive challenge. This time we have received a little piggy from Doodle Pantry. I just had to do her in pink, when I saw these papers. The sentiment is from Digi Darla and it is bit of encouraging message.

Waving Christmas wishes

The sketch at Catch the bug Stella says Sketch #120, just invited me to do something with it. Another Christmas card with a Tropical Santa from Bugaboo. This time I just feel like doing something more bright and I have find these checked vellum paper. I had to put a white underneath to bring out the colours. The ribbons is from My stash and I added a bit of glitter on the hat.

The Outlawz Tuesday Colour Combo

I've got this image from Digistam4Joy last week and I am super excited about it. For those whom have followed me for a while now, know I just adore frogs, not necessarily the real ones but images makes my brain working overtime. With the colour combo over at the Outlawz this week I've decided it will fit, since I'm a bit tired of Christmas cards. The ivy embossing is done with a Fiskar Shape boss floral template. The diecut is from Nellie Snellin, the sentiment from Desert Diva and the the scroll is done with a Cuttlebug template. for the twist I have found these leaves at a local store and I added some peel-off notes.
