Good day

Just a quick post before my day starts. Yellow such a bright and sunny colour but not often used in my creations. I used an image of Sheepski with paper from Graphic 45's Secret Garden. Dies are from Crafter's Companion and Memory Box.

Creative Moments #155

Good day

Can't believe two weeks have past. In two month's time it is Christmas. Creative Moments are celebrating Halloween. Luckily there is always an anything goes option too, for those who does not celebrate Halloween like me. Lisa from Decosse Dynamite Doodles is one of our fabulous sponsors and I used some of her digital papers. First time I've tried an almost full digital project.

Coffee... a magical substance

Cheese and Wine with Digistamp4Joy

Morning

 After 'n lovely weekend away with hubby and some lovely spring rain a new week starts. I was asked by Margy at Digistamp4Joy to be guest designer this month with their lovely free image. This is such an honour. I used designer paper from Kaiser Craft's Paradiso stack and some odd and ends from my stash with a spellbinder die and memory box die to make this project.

Decoupage flowers

Good day

I must confess this is not my most favourite time in blogland, since I do not celebrate Halloween, but I do love all the autumn colours.
I made a 3D card. This is my favourite technique and I used to make a lot of these projects and I still have a lot of Images. It is only a bit time consuming to cut all the pieces. Though I have to admit that this one did not take more time than a normal card to assemble. I used kraft cardstock for the base and kept it simple. Sentiment is a stamp from Purple Magnolia.

Celebrating Columbus day

Good day

We are exploring the world at Creative Moments. I was sponsored by Creative Bug with this image of a father and son that went fishing. With my travels I have met a few fishermen in my life and it is another world with all the recipes and gadgets. Luckily my husband is not a fisherman as such, though we did go on fishing trips.
I have used paper from World Travel Collection from BoBunny and some Spellbinder dies and Martha Steward punches.

Bluer than blue

Good day

I just love music cards, whether it is by theme or inspiration. This time my eye caught the challenge at Aurora Wings. So I Googled some songs and ended up with Bluer than Blue by Michael Johnson, and this Primrose Sprite just suited it so well. Then I had to see if you do get blue primroses and got this nice image too. The designer paper from Paper Touch just brought everything together. I used my Prisma colour pencils to colour the image and add the touch of lace with buttons to finish it off.

Guinea fowls

Good day

With school holidays on hand I escaped a bit and did some crafting. Playing with a few of my favourite challenges. This was probably my very first stamp and it has been ages since I have last used any stamp. It came to mind, though I had to search for it. The designer paper is from L'aquarelle Designs from Ultimate Crafts. I used some spellbinder dies with a feather as the twist.
