My final post for Glitter 'n Sparkle #82
Good day
This is written with a bit of sadness, since this is my last post as DT member for Glitter 'n Sparkle. I've been quite busy lately and I have a lot of preparations to do for the next few months, so I decided to step down. In a sense I'll miss Trisha & Emma and all the lovely girls from Glitter 'n Sparkle challenge.
The challenge this week is to add some ribbon. I received Alice from Ike's Art and decided this will do for a young lady that will turn 10 tomorrow. Can't belief time as flown this fast. My DP is from All about girls block from DCWV. I used two ribbons, pink and a purple one, in the center behind the image. I also used two dies from Spellbinder and the swirl is from Marianne's design and the flowers is done with my X-cut punches with confetti centers.
Challenges I'm joining:
Sketch 'n Dies #5 - Sketch
Fan-Tastic Tuesday #33 - Floral
Tuesday Throwdown #193 - Recipe - 1 image, 1 designer paper, some purple
Challenges 4 Everybody #40 - Anything goes
Hope you'll come over to the Glitter 'n Sparkle challenge to add some ribbon.

A very late post
Good day
Hope everybody had a good Easter time, I've been to my mom to help her pack, since she will be moving soon.
This is a very late post for Glitter 'n Sparkle's challenge to create something Easter/Spring. I received Bunny Pile from Eureka. Really a cute bunch to work with. My papers are from the Spring Drop collection from first edition and I used some baker's twine with a eyelet. Since this is a late post I cannot enter the original challenges in which I was inspired by.
Other challenges I'll enter are:
Creative Moments #41 - Anything goes/spring
Digistamp4Joy #90- Easter/Spring
Animal Friends challenge #13 - Easter/Spring with animals
Stempelgarten #24 -Pastel garden
Hope you'll pop over to the Glitter 'n Sparkle challenge for some spring fun.
Thank you and have a lovely day!

Glitter 'n Sparkle #80 Anything but square
Good day
Sunday means it is time for another fun challenge at Glitter 'n Sparkle. This time not to be square, so anything but square. I played with a diamond fold this time with my lovely My Fairlady digi from Sassy Studio designs. I actually went to Google My Fairlady to see how her original costume looked and decided this how mine will look too!!
I've used plain white cardstock with a brilliant black and I used my Virtuoso Music die from Memory box for the first time, as well as my Fleur de Lis square from Spellbinder. The flowers were punched with Lotus flower from Do Craft with a final touch of feather and glitter.
Challenges I was inspired by:
Sassy Studio Design #224 - Make it creative - Make your own embellishments
Pattie's creations #89 - Fancy Folds
Paper Crafting Journey - For that special lady
Creative Moments #40 - Anything goes / Girly
Digi Galore - Flowers
Hope you'll take the challenge and make some interesting folded cards and join us at Glitter 'n Sparkle.
Hugs from Africa!

Time to celebrate!
Good day
Time to share some good news. We have been anticipating this for almost 5 months now, but with 48 hours everything was done and dusted. My husband got his promotion as from 1 May 2014 and the best news is that we can stay where we are for another 3 years.
This card is then made for him to congratulate him on his promotion. This is Sassy Show girl from Sassy Studio designs, and she is this month's progressive challenge digi. The designer paper is form Joy craft's condolence paper bloc and I used some flock on her feathers. The sentiment is from Sizzix and I used a lace Fiskar corner punch on the red corners.
Challenges I'm joining:
Sassy Studio Design Facebook Progressive challenge - 15 March - 14 April - favourite colour - red
Sweet Sketch Challenge - Blast from the past
Incy Wincy designs - 123 recipe -3 rhinestones, 2 feathers & 1 image
Fairytale Stampers #36 - Favourite colour - red
Stamping Sensation - April - Dies/punches

Glitter 'n Sparkle #79 Pearls and lace
Good day
Rather late than never. We were away for the week. My boys had a rugby tournament and we went with, to do the support thing. Also had a lovely time with some old friends.
This week at Glitter 'n Sparkle the challenge is to add lace and pearls. Most people's favourite. The designer paper is from First Edition's Hide Away. Probably a bit extreme, but with spring in the air in the Northern Hemisphere I thought it quite appropriate. The digi is from Bugaboo - JJ Shopping - doesn't come cheap and I used a Marianne's design die on the bottom part of my Spellbinder label die.
Challenges I'm joining:
Challenges 4 Everybody #40 - Anything goes
Pile it on #14 - Feminine
Sketchy Colours #205 - Lime & yellow
The Ribbon Girl blog - April card challenge - Spring
Hope you'll pop over to the Glitter 'n Sparkle challenge to join us.
