Glitter 'n Sparkle's new challenge started this morning and Bugaboo is one of the sponsors this week. I received Sunbonnet Judge to play with. I kept it quite simple this time and used the black die-cut that was on my table. I've found the sentiment on Facebook and used some stash dotted ribbon with black rhinestones.
