My favourite season

Good day

Can't believe it is already the end of the month!!! We are in the middle of our winter and the good news is that spring is around the corner...most definitely my favourite season with its crisp colours!! Although I have to admit that every season has it's magic!!!

This is Daisy Elf from Aurora Wings. I used some fabric paint on my background and Spellbinder dies. Recuperate some of the butterflies from the die and added some rhinestones.

Father's day

Good day

A bit of Father's day project for a change. My image I got from an online colouring book - kidsplaycolor. I actually got the sentiment first from my inspirational station book and then I needed a boat. Although it is a pirate ship it had the elements in my sentiment. The handmade paper is from my stash. The big splash border is from memory box. The sentiment - A father is neither anchor to hold us back, nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way -

Bonjou!

Bonjou....Hallo in Hawaii

A bit of contrast from where I stay within winter season, but I just could not resist in playing with this summer fun digi from Lacy Sunshine, called Eleanor & pickles hula digi. Once again I played with stuff from my stash. I used some crab eyelets from Fiskar, the foam letters are from my scrapbook kit stash and the slops are buttons from Dress it up. I did some wet embossing with Ranger distress powder for the sand. The die is flower shape from simply-2-die-4 and the punched piece in the center is from Martha Stewart.

Good day

The winter finally arrived!! In a sense I'm quit relieved. It was almost expecting a baby, you know it is coming, but is not quit sure when. But it is here.

For my project today. I used Winter Abby from Lacy Sunshine but with the twist of Africa. My designer paper is from my scrapbook stash. I used a spellbinder and 2die4 die.

French memories of spring

Good day

I saw some beautiful images of first signs of spring with crocuses in the snow. My memories of spring in Europe were poppies. I know, by the time the poppies bloom it is almost summer, but still, I used to love these delicate flowers. Were I stay now, we do not have poppies.

With this week's colour challenge at The Outlawz I was a bit in a flat spin. But when I decided to play with the red, black and green it all came together. The image is from Beccy's place. Papers are from The Serenade Collection from BoBunny. Dies used Spellbinder's A2 Locking Loops & A2 Curved Matting Basics A and 2Die4 Leaves 1.

Feels like spring....

Good day

I have to admit the heading is not quite the season we are currently experiencing. We have started autumn and the leaves are starting to fall and a chill is creeping in early mornings and late evenings. Though I love it.

This is a project that I started last week, but I did not find the lace I was looking for, then I had to improvise with things from my stash. The image is from Beccy's place. The designer paper is from BoBunny's pincushion collection and the frame from the fiber stack, DCWV. Dies used: Butterfly - Couture creations, Frame - Spellbinder's Fleur de Lis Squares and Sizzix's square.
