Good day

It has been a while now that I wanted to do something with this image from Sheepski Design, called Shopping in Yorkshire.  As I have missed a challenge with green, I still want to add green as focal colour. The Eiffel tower is a stamp and I used some cloud dies with some for the the clouds. Though I did not have a grey ink. The sentiment is from Cards und more. The rest of the image was colour with Prisma pencils.

Dragonfly wishes

Good day

 Sometimes time just fly to fast and I cannot always finish all the projects I love to finish. So before I see, the week have past and there is a new challenge. Well, today I spend some time in my craft room, not only in preparation for my DT work, but also to finish some projects that I really want to finish in time. I played with an emboss stencil from Marianne Design for the daisies, but used my normal Prisma pencils to colour. Then I used a Couture Creations dragonfly in the blue as well as in vellum with a wish die in yellow and green for a shadow. A metal dot in the daisy and some rhinestone as finishing touch. I have to admit I start to love to make CAS projects.

Special wishes

 Good day

Today I just want share this project. This is Little Heart from Sheepski Design. it has been on my table now for quite a while. New born babies are part of Spring. It just asked to be finished. I used papers from my stash with a Marianne Design Heart Emboss folder in the back ground. I added some ribbon and flowers with a stamped sentiment and heart brad.

Friday Freebie at Catch the Bug

I'm super excited about the changes at Catch the Bug. We have some changes, for those who have not observed it yet. The only thing that stayed, though, is Freebie Friday. And who does not love freebies!!!

We have this lovely fancy umbrella 7 up for grabs. It is so lovely for spring cards. I just love it. I used paper from Marianne design's celebration.Add a multi fame die from Nellie Snellen and some odd piece of ribbon. The glitter flowers was my final touch.

 Good day

I'm busy experimenting with ideas for a party later this year. Luckily it is with my favourite themes of music. I bought a new shape die from Nellie Snellen. Luckily it fitted on the smaller version of tall and skinny. I also have a die with just some notes. With the smaller dies I usually search for all my bits and pieces and so I found this piece of handmade paper in orange. It just all worked out well.

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 designer

I have joined one of my favourite challenge blogs - Sweet Sketch Wednesday2 - as a designer! Even better another favourite of mine is Sheepski who is our sponsor this month! So I'm super excited to share my projects with you. I have used Forget me knot and Masked. I had a sympathy card in mins when I started with my Forget me Knot card. So I chose some hues of purple card stock. Though I did not add a sentiment, since it can be used as any other kind of card too. 

For masked I opted for a bit of more masculine kind of card. I used paper from Marianne design's Just for men. For the right square I tried to make a coat of armor kind of thing. I used a chess castle die in the same colour as the lower paper. Added a french fleur de lis brat on the ribbon.

Creative Moments with Morgan's Art World

Old Rose Frame from Morgan's Art World

Good day

On this lovely 7th of the month it is time for a new challenge at Creative Moments! As always we have An Anything Goes challenge with Morgan's Art World sponsoring us. With spring in the Northern Hemisphere we got this lovely Old Rose Frame from Morgan's Art World. Somehow the roses just as asked for a yellow. As I started to to colour I realised that the image was upside down. The paper is from my stash and I made leaves from 2 different colour green and found this lovely metal flower from my stash.I added some beads as inspiration from the photo.
