Something new

Good day

This is Catch the Bug's Friday freebie and I challenged myself to use some of my new stash that I have received for Christmas and also a new technique. I really can't say whether I did made a successful card in the past with this technique. I received some new chalk ink pads from Versa Magic for Christmas. On this project I used Night Sky, since this was the closest I have to the colour dare. The stencil is from Fab Scrap DS040, that I also received for Christmas. The image was coloured with Prisma Pencils and I only used the 8 colours mentioned, being Black & White plus the above 6 colours.

Playing around with bits and pieces

Good day

When I saw this sketch at Felling Sketchy I just had to play. I don't know whether it is the colours of the design that gave me the inspiration. I really used bits and pieces to add to my card. The Die is from Marianne design and I used a Fiskar Tear Edger for the mulberry paper, some rhinestones finished the card.

Balloons

Good day

I had a lapse of reason and made this card and when I finally woke up I had to use a different image. But I had such fun creating it, that I decided I'll share it with you nonetheless. Paper is from Miss Empire from Kaisercraft. Coloured the image with my prisma pencils and used some glitter gel. A peel-off sticker sentiment and ribbon was the final touches.

Creations in Pink

Good day

It is time for our first challenge for 2020 at Creations in Pink. My Besties is our sponsor this month and I had the opportunity to play with Little Wonder Darling 18A. I have coloured her with my Prisma pencils. Papers are mainly from Marianne Design's paper blocks. I used a spellbinder die and some new crystals to add some bling.

Bugaboo Annual Birthday Bash #10

Good day

Hope everybody had a wonderful festive season and that 2020 will bring new and exciting times.
I have been absent from blogland since we were away and shared some valuable time with family before year starts.

With the beginning of the year it is also time to celebrate Catch the Bug's birthday! They have been around now for 10 years and personally I just love all Jodie's images. This year we are celebrating on the farm. I used Scene it - Cow Trio, I generated my own sentiment and used journaling note card stock from Prima Crafting.
