With Sympathy

Good day

It is not always with a good mood that you make a sympathy card, but while I was busy with my previous card I got the news that my friend's father passed away. So with the purple of the colour challenge it was easier to add the dark blue and black to make this project. Image is from Eureka stamps, papers are from Celebr8's beautiful. The sentiment is a die from Crealies text dies. Bow is recycled from a piece of clothing.

Get well soon

Good day

I played with Poenies from Sheepski Designs and it is an image that has been on my table for a while now. Hopefully life will slow down a little in the next few weeks, since the boys' sport are almost over. I have coloured the image with my Prisma pencils. Papers are from W&M and ribbon and wool is from my stash. I tried a different way for the ribbon this time, though I think I still need more practice.

Bride to be

Good day

Lately I have been in life's fast lane and everytime I got some inspiration from the internet, whether it be a sketch and/or colour challenge, it just went by before I could do anything about it. This time I want to play along, though it took me a few days to complete. I used an image from Sheepski called bride which I edited, made a veil from bits and pieces, add my own sentiment and finished it with some ribbon and lace from my stash. Designer paper from Sweet romance from Marianne Design.

Can not believe a month have past. I have to confess that we are currently in life's fast lane. Hopefully it will change sometime.
It is time for a new challenge at Creative Moments. As always it is Anything goes and Lisa from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles is our sponsor this round and she has such a big variety of papers, embelishments and sentiment. For my purple card I used a image from Aurora Wings and for my second orange card an image from Bugaboo. Images was coloured with Prisma pencils. The first one I have just made a digital project with the stripe and polkadot papers.
