Ruff times
Good day
One good thing of a inspirational photo you can be very creative. When I first saw the colour inspirational photo the geometric strike me, but this morning when I saw this images from Digistamp for Joy I ended up with black and white with a dash of orange. My hubby is going through a rough patch at work and this is such a quit image that I thought I'll support him a bit. The paper is from my stash and the 3 paws are buttons that I have cut the loops off.
Challenges I used as inspiration:
Tuesday Morning Sketches #396
The Outlawz Colour Challenge 28 March 2017
The Male Room #57 - Black, White with dash of colour
Aud Sentiment #176 - Any sentiment except Birthday wishes
Have a lovely weekend.

Hoot of a birthday
Good day
Spring just bring a new bounce in your step and vibrant colours does more or less the same for me. This lovely inspirational photo from The Outlawz tantalized my senses to play and with more inspiration from few other blogs I ended up with this project of mine. I used 2 images from Bugaboo and a third's sentiment. (BUGBird01, Hoot hoot hooray and BIRDGR bday hoot sent - all from Bugaboo) I have to admit I prefer PNG files before JPEG files since you can play around with PNG files and combine them much easier. I just had to extend the little branch from the big bird to the small one. The papers is from my stash and it was the closest I could find with stripes on it.
Challenges I'm joining:
Creative Knockouts #186 - Spring is on the way
Double D challenge - Things that fly
Tuesday Morning Sketches #395
Catch the Bug - March Bingo - Gems, 2 images merged, stripes

Pansy Sprite
Good day
It is a public holiday in South Africa today. Between my normal day chores I played with this beauty. Pansy Sprite from Aurora Wings. I only got it 2 days before the challenge closed and could not make it in time, but it is never too late to play with any cutie. The papers are from First Edition's Hide Away stack. Unfortunately I only had coloured doilies, but the yellow is in the colour scheme. To fit the sketch I cut it in the middle and glued it together in a rectangular.
Challenges I used as inspiration:
Use your Stuff #256 - Doilies
Aurora Wings #46 - Sketch
Digi Choosday WK12 - Anything goes
The Outlawz Twisted Thursday - 1 Ribbon, 2 Patterned Papers and 3 gems
Stamps by Aurora FB challenge March - Green
Thank you and have a great day!

Feeling Fabulous
Good day
This is feeling Fabulous from Conie Fong which I won lately. Conie also has a progressive challenge on her Facebook page and the theme for March is anything goes or "green". Here the greens are changing into reds and browns, so not quite what she maybe had in mind. Well I found this beautiful piece of paper in my scrapbook stash and this kick started my creativity. I added bit and pieces and ended up with this. I want to give it to my friend, just to say thank you for her friendship.

The Sisterhood of Crafters - Celebrating women
Crafty Cardmakers #184 - For a special woman

Drool
Good day
I took the day off on Friday and played with some paper and images. It was such a miserable day with definitely a hint of autumn in the air. This is Margy's image from Digistamp4Joy and is the March digi for the Facebook page's progressive challenge. Feeling proud to finish it off this early in the month. The papers are from the Pet Stack from DCWV and I used my Fiskar hand punch for the bone on one of the tags. The rest is all from my bits and pieces drawer.

Silver anniversary
Good day
Today I'll share my favourite A Day For Daisies image for the last time on their challenge block. It was quite difficult to choose one image from the few I have from Tammy. Somehow Tammy gave her images just a bit of dreamy look. I opted for vintage rose and coloured it in very subtle shades of blue and white to fit the colour challenge. The designer paper is from Colorblok Fashionista pattern pack. Dies I used were Spellbinder Octagon stripes and accents, A2 modern stationary and the Heart is from Nellie Snellen. I used 2 different card stock in silver, the one is from The Twinkle Glints from DCWV and the other is from my stash.
Challenges I'm joining:
Tuesday Morning Sketches #392
The Outlawz Colour Challenge 28 February with twist of wedding/anniversairy
