This is a quick post before finally strapping by bags for an African adventure!!
Hopefully I can post some photos when I'm back, of Africa....my beloved continent!

This is Digistamp4Joy's progressive Christmas card for June. One of Margy's creations. I used a spellbinder die for outer circle and a Sizzix for inner blue circle, coulored the image with Aquarelles and used some wet embossing for the snow then covered the globe with acrylic paint gloss. Ribbons and snowflake glitter are from my stash.

Vellum done with Marianne's design diecut, square with Sizzix die, flowers with X-cut punch. heat embossing with glitter on flowers, 3D paint on bead string. Angel wire on background. Digi from Art by Miran called Miss Daisy.

Mystical purple

Good day

I had some time to play over the weekend, thought I'll post it yesterday and then we had no power. This image (Fae 38, from Fitztown) has been on my table for almost a month now, and I wanted to do it in a purple-blue colour. With the few challenges last week, it started to get into a card. The Gauze paper is from DCWV and the designer paper is from The Back to Basics stack from Dovecrafts. For the corner embossing I used my Fiskar Shape boss.

Progressive challenge Christmas Card

Can't believe it is already the last day of May....for some summer has started and here with us we are anticipating winter. Somehow a good time to get crafting.
This is the progressive Christmas Card challenge of Digistamp4Joy's digi for the month of May. I just love this camel's face. The backing paper is from Dove's crafts and I added some foil to bling it up. I used both dry and wet embossing on this card.

Lady in Red

Good day

What a hectic few weeks that has past. We are preparing for a few weeks Africa trip and we have to sort out all the visa applications and other preparations. So, there is not very much time to spend in the craft room. I did however enjoyed it again. This is for a lady whom celebrating her birthday tomorrow. I did brows through some challenges and could not resist to play along. The image winter Lizabeth from Lacy Sunshine. I was specially inspired by Crafting when we can's technique of no lines, something that I did before and it sure gives an image a whole new effect. Dies I used: Spellbinder Perfect petals &           Spellbinder A2 Locking loop, I used a piece of wired ribbon and found these beautiful heart buttons. The metal is foil I used with my corner die. The backing paper is from Paper touch.

For my boy

 Good day

I am having a problem with my lack of creativity lately. My boy just came in yesterday and asked when do I start with his birthday card. He'll be 12 on Monday. He wants something with hockey on it. Well Google is such a nice tool from time to time. I got this image from a colouring book site. I played with bits and pieces from my stash and this was the result.

Good day

It is the last day of the month, so no more extension. This is Digistamp4Joy's April freebie on the monthly Christmas progressive challenge. The kraft foil paper is from the Foiled Elegance stack from DCWV and I used some Spellbinder and Sizzix dies. The sentiment I added with my computer and for a final touch I found some sequins.
