We have a typical winter's day here, today. Bright blue skies but with a chill wind cutting right through you. Ideal day to craft. This is Victorian Octavia Muppet from Lacy Sunshine. It is a freebie for the Facebook contest. My designer papers are from True Romance from Kaiser Craft. The two memory box dies are Virtuoso Music & Climbing Vine. I used some glitter on her hair and for something different I added some confetti butterflies with flowers from my stash.
